Best of 2025 / A year of incredible weddings
2025 has been one of those years that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.
From big celebrations to small, intimate moments, I’ve been lucky enough to document so many beautiful weddings across Scotland, travelling far and wide for my Glasgow wedding photography work — each one completely different, but all filled with genuine emotion, connection, and a lot of laughs along the way.
This post is a selection of my favourite images from weddings throughout 2025. Not just the “pretty” moments, but the real ones too — the in-between glances, the nerves just before the ceremony, the hugs, the chaos on the dancefloor, and everything that happens in between.
Every wedding I photograph is approached in the same way: letting the day unfold naturally, capturing it honestly, and telling the story as it really happened. No awkward posing, no forced moments — just real people enjoying one of the biggest days of their lives.
I photographed so many incredible weddings throughout 2025 that choosing just two or three images from each one was genuinely tough — but I managed it. There’s a lot to scroll through, but I hope it gives a real sense of how I approach a wedding day and the moments I’m always looking to capture.

This year took me up and down the country, photographing beautiful weddings at some truly incredible locations — from Boturich Castle on Loch Lomond and The Signet Library in Edinburgh, down to Springkell House in Lockerbie, and right up to the Isle of Skye at the iconic Eilean Donan Castle and beyond. And 2026 is more of the same, I can’t wait.
