About My Services
How long have you been photographing weddings?
I have been photographing weddings professionally for over 17 years and love every second of it.
Do you have all the necessary insurance required?
Absolutely. I have public liability, professional indemnity, and camera equipment insurance. These can be provided to wedding venues if required.
What do you deliver?
I typically deliver around 700-800 high-quality, fully edited images in my own style, all in high resolution with no watermarks. These are your images to keep, print as many times and as large as you like. For smaller, shorter coverage weddings and elopements this number is slightly reduced, the only reason being is I’m generally not there as long.
How do I access my wedding images?
You have your very own private online gallery with complete control of it –

Can I see some examples of these galleries?
Absolutely. Once you get in touch I’ll give you access to some full day wedding galleries from beginning to end. This not only gives you an insight into how I photograph weddings and what you can expect from your own wedding, but also gives you a glimpse into these beautiful online wedding galleries that you will have as part of your own wedding package. I think it’s very important for you to view some full day weddings and not just a few handpicked images from each wedding.
Do you offer a gallery online for family and friends to view our images?
I certainly do. You decide on who has access to it. Very easy to share with your friends and family
What albums/products do you have and can I see a sample of them before my wedding day?
Yes, you certainly can. You can view my brochures for my Beautiful Wedding Albums and the Wooden USB Package + Prints
The wooden USB package is included in my all day wedding coverage package. It’s an optional addon for the shorter coverage wedding packages.
Do you photograph weddings outside of the Glasgow area?
I certainly do. I photograph weddings all over Scotland. The first 150 miles from my office in Glasgow are included, and for any weddings further afield, additional fee’s may be required. Please get in touch to discuss.
Do you offer a second shooter?
Yes, I do. This covers from morning prep to the dancing. Shorter coverage if required.
Before Your Wedding
Do you need a list of images I require?
No, not at all. I primarily shoot in a documentary style, letting the day unfold naturally. However, I’ll send you an online questionnaire before your wedding day to fill in any group shots you may want, usually immediate family members and your bridal party. I recommend keeping this to around 10 groups or less, so you can enjoy more of your day.
How much is your booking fee?
The booking fee is £300 to secure your date with me ( this is taken off the final balance due ). Once this is paid, your date is reserved, and no other work will be taken on that date.
What if we need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I’m happy to move your deposit to your new date, provided I am available. If I am already booked on your new date, your booking fee is non-refundable. If your new wedding date is over 12 months from your original date, there may be a slight increase in price to reflect that year’s pricing.
My wedding isn’t for another year. How many times do we need to meet up during that time?
I will contact you 4 weeks before your wedding day to gather any updated information. However, feel free to email or call me with any questions at any time. We will also schedule a meet-up, phone call, or Zoom meeting closer to your wedding date to discuss timings etc.
On Your Wedding Day
How many hours do you stay for our wedding?
- Option 1: Morning prep to the evening dancing. (All day coverage)
- Option 2: One hour prior to ceremony to pre-dinner speeches.
- I also offer elopement/intimate wedding packages.
What if you are unable to attend my wedding?
This is a legitimate question, though I’ve never missed a wedding. In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I have a network of amazing wedding photographers with a similar style who could step in. We support each other in the industry to ensure your day is beautifully captured.
After Your Wedding
How long do I have to wait for my photos after my wedding?
I aim to deliver your photos within 5-6 weeks during busy periods, though it’s usually sooner. All my packages include some previews 24-48hrs hours after your wedding day, ready to download and share straight from your private online photo gallery.
So I like your work and wish to book. What now?
Great! I have a few forms for you to read through and sign. Once these are signed and the booking fee is paid, your date is secured. It’s as simple as that.
