Applecross Wedding Photographer
Marcelo and Robert’s wedding in Applecross was truly a dream come true. The day began with preparations in the peaceful village of Applecross before we set off on the iconic Bealach na Bà (Pass of the Cattle), the famed single-track road winding through the Highlands. While there’s a longer route around, those who know Applecross know that the Pass is the only way to experience its full beauty. After this stunning drive, we arrived in Ullapool, where Marcelo and Robert exchanged vows at the Ullapool ferry terminal, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
Ullapool Harbour Wedding
Following the ceremony, Marcelo and Robert were magnificently piped aboard the Wylde Swan at the harbour by Spud the Piper. There, they warmly greeted their guests, enjoying drinks and canapés, before cutting a stunning cake beautifully crafted by Fiona from Highland Cakes

As we made our way back to Applecross via the Bealach na Bà, the Scottish weather decided to turn all dark and moody, shrouding us in mist as we drove through the clouds. But in true testament to Marcelo and Robert, they embraced the dramatic shift, creating the perfect backdrop for some epic photos. Once back in Applecross, we headed down to the beach for more beautiful shots of the happy couple. It was a truly magical setting, capturing the essence of their day perfectly.
Applecross Walled Garden
Afterward, we made our way to the enchanting Applecross Walled Garden for the evening reception. Thanks to Arc Marquees and Cheryl from Premier Weddings Scotland, who flawlessly orchestrated every detail of Marcelo and Robert’s day, and the talented team from Mood Flowers, the Walled Garden looked absolutely stunning both inside and out. The setting was the perfect blend of elegance and natural beauty, making the evening celebration as unforgettable as the rest of their magical day

After everyone enjoyed a delicious wedding meal thanks to Good Highland Food, the evening kicked off with some epic ceilidh music from the incredible Clachan Yell. But before the festivities began, we took full advantage of the magical outdoor setting in the Applecross Walled Garden, with twinkling fairy lights casting a warm glow over the surroundings. As the party began, Marcelo and Robert made a fitting wardrobe change into kilts, perfectly complementing the lively Scottish tunes that filled the night. It was an unforgettable day and an equally epic evening, filled with love, laughter, and celebration

Marcelo and Robert had one final surprise for their guests, inviting everyone outside to witness an incredible fireworks display, courtesy of Fireworx Scotland. It was the perfect way to conclude the evening.
