We saw John’s photographs online. They had this beautiful, relaxed, gentle, quality. He was the only photographer we reached out to and we were delighted that we got to book him!
The process felt swift and secure from start to finish – which is what you need during wedding planning!
On our preparatory video call, John listened to our concerns about being a little camera shy, and he reassured us well. Having so much experience, he was able to prompt us/ clarify what we really wanted for the day e.g. group shots, timings etc.
John knew our venue through having done numerous other weddings there, and so was able to blend in and direct things with confidence and calm – again, just what you need in the midst of a wedding!
John was a nice presence at the wedding – polite, friendly and unimposing.
We only booked John for a very short time but he gave us exactly what we asked for. We feel like the shots provided are a good balance of the events of the day.
Following the day, our gallery was available to us much sooner than we predicted and in a format that was super easy to navigate, share and enjoy.
